Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

BELMOST collects as little as this site can run on. This policy explains what the firm collects when you visit the site or write to it, why, and the rights you hold over that information.

1. Who is responsible

BELMOST is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions and requests should be sent to engage@belmost.com.

2. What we collect

Correspondence. When you write to the firm, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to send.

Technical logs. The infrastructure serving this site retains standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations. They are not used to profile visitors.

Nothing else. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising technology.

3. How we use it

Correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry and, where a conversation continues, to manage the relationship that follows. Technical logs are used to operate and secure the site. The firm does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertising networks.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, the firm relies on its legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing the site, and on consent where consent is asked for.

5. Sharing

Personal data is shared only with the service providers that run the firm's infrastructure, such as hosting and email, under confidentiality obligations, and where disclosure is required by law.

6. International transfers

The firm's service providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or the EU, recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.

7. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or relationship it belongs to remains live, and is then deleted. Technical logs rotate on the service providers' standard schedules.

8. Security

Access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it to respond. The site is served over encrypted connections.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to engage@belmost.com and the firm will respond.

10. Changes

The firm may revise this policy at any time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date above records the most recent revision.
